Reports indicate that as many as 13,000 people received the shots nationwide. 75 medical facilities in 23 states received the contaminated steroid injections from NECC.

That company is closed. The NECC website has been shut down. The New England Compounding Company's license has been suspended. No one from the company has made any statements.

Experienced Nashville Personal Injury Attorneys
Our firm has talked to multiple families who have been severely impacted by this raging infection. The devastation is widespread. People, young and old, are fighting for their lives. As we have seen, some have died from the fungal infection. Others will have a long road of rehabilitation, but may never fully recover. Individuals, who received the shots during this time period but have not gotten sick, are justifiably scared.
Families who are consulting with attorneys regarding their legal rights would be well served to check several sources to make sure the attorneys are well qualified to handle these complex matters. The two most respected sources, in my opinion, are those listed in Best Lawyers in America, and who are rated AV-Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell.
