In the last month, Kinnard Law Partner Randall L. Kinnard served as a featured speaker for legal seminars hosted by state trial lawyer associations in three different states.
Mr. Kinnard delivered a speech to members of the West Virginia Association for Justice about the need for respect, both professionally and personally.
In Wyoming and Oregon, he gave his “Strike Like a Thunderbolt” presentation, which is about the need to try your lawsuit as fast as possible and not waste the jury’s time. Trying a case fast is particularly hard for less experienced lawyers because they feel they need to cover every imaginable point. Randy explained that you need to hit hard, hit fast, and get to the main points.
Being invited to speak before three different state trial lawyers’ groups is a testament to Mr. Kinnard’s positive reputation among his peers. In addition to helping victims and families recover millions in compensation, Mr. Kinnard is frequently asked to share his insight with other lawyers who represent plaintiffs in high-stakes litigation. Earlier this year, he was inducted into the American College of Trial Lawyers. He was already a member of the Inner Circle of Advocates and the International Academy of Trial Lawyers.
