Jennifer M. Eberle
Attorney at Kinnard Law
Jennifer M. Eberle is a passionate Tennessee Trial Attorney with nearly 20 years of experience in complex matters of health care liability and litigation. At Kinnard Law, she focuses her practice on representing victims and families in cases involving medical malpractice, hospital and health care liability, and product liability.
A Tennessee native who hails from Clarksville, Jennifer attended Austin Peay State University, where she was active in local politics and campaigns, before earning her Juris Doctorate with honors from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.
Jennifer’s passion for the law and its implications on health care has been shaped by her work in politics, as well as countless hours spent in hospitals watching a close family member combat a chronic illness. Rather than running for office or becoming a doctor, Jennifer chose law as her means of helping people protect their rights and futures – especially in the field of medical malpractice.
An Insiders Perspective. A Personal Commitment.
Jennifer’s career is a testament to her unwavering work ethic and meticulous attention to detail. With nearly two decades of experience representing hospital systems, individual physicians, and other health care providers, Jennifer has litigated numerous medical liability cases involving powerful corporate entities in counties across Tennessee, and has served as local counsel in large-scale medical device and product liability claims, as well as multi-district pharmaceutical cases.
With her personal and professional background, Jennifer leverages invaluable insight into the health care industry, complex medical concepts, and health care regulatory and liability issues for the benefit of victims harmed by negligent medical professionals and unsafe pharmaceutical devices. Her professionalism in and out of the courtroom, as well as her detail-oriented and personalized approach, have earned her the respect of colleagues, and the trust of clients in need of diligent and determined legal representation.
When not advocating for clients, Jennifer regularly participates in barre classes and is an avid runner who has run over 30 half marathons and 2 full marathons. She also enjoys movies and is on the Board of Directors for the Belcourt Theatre. Finally, Jennifer holds WSET Level 2 Award with Distinction in Wines.
